Preferred drop-off dateHave important files been backed up?I consent to diagnostics and understand that a faulty computer or storage device may suffer data loss. I will back up important files where possible. This does not authorise additional repairs, erasing files, formatting, operating system reinstallation or potentially destructive recovery; those require separate approval. Data recovery is not guaranteed.

Inspection and repair labour are separate. Repairs: $120/hour + GST, one-hour minimum, then $30 + GST per 15 minutes. Physical hardware repairs are not offered.

We will send service updates by SMS and email. Keep your private job link secure; it provides access to your enquiry.
